​Limitation of Liability and Product Use
Project Red Moon, Inc. provides reusable menstrual pads on an as-is basis for charitable purposes. While we strive for high quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, effectiveness, or suitability of the pads for any individual's use, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By accepting products from Project Red Moon, Inc., the recipient acknowledges and agrees that:

Hygiene and Care: The recipient is solely responsible for the proper use, cleaning, and storage of the reusable pads according to standard hygiene practices. Failure to properly clean and care for the pads may result in health risks, for which Project Red Moon, Inc. assumes no liability.

Risk of Use: Project Red Moon, Inc., its board members, volunteers, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the donated products.

Policy Authority: All decisions regarding donation refunds or product exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of the Project Red Moon, Inc. Board or its authorized representative, and these decisions are final. This policy does not constitute a contract or guarantee of any specific outcome.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Monetary Donation Refund PolicyAs a nonprofit organization, all monetary donations are final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately put to use supporting our mission, purchasing materials, and facilitating the distribution of reusable menstrual pads.Request for Exception:Individual Consideration:
We understand that errors can occasionally occur (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts). Any request for a monetary refund will be considered solely on an individual basis and must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of the transaction date.
No Guarantee: Refunds for monetary donations are not guaranteed. All determinations made by the Project Red Moon, Inc. Board or its authorized representative are final.
Processing Fee Deduction: If a refund is granted, the original transaction's processing fees (e.g., credit card fees, platform fees) paid by Project Red Moon, Inc. may be deducted from the refunded amount.To request an exception, please email a detailed explanation of the circumstances, including the donation date, amount, and transaction confirmation number to: admin@projectredmoon.com
Product Quality and Exchange PolicyProject Red Moon, Inc. takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-sewn reusable pads. We adhere to strict hygiene and quality standards.A. Defective Products (Exchange Only)We will review and consider an exchange for any pad determined to be structurally defective (e.g., faulty stitching, snaps coming loose) upon arrival or within 30 days of the distribution date, provided the pad has not been used or washed.
Notification: The recipient or partner organization must notify Project Red Moon, Inc. within 30 days of receiving the item to report the defect.Assessment: We will request photographic evidence of the defect. Defective products must be returned to Project Red Moon, Inc. for assessment.
Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide an exchange for a comparable, non-defective pad. We do not offer cash refunds for distributed products.
Hygiene and Used Product PolicyFor the health, safety, and hygiene of all recipients, we strictly enforce the following rules:
No Returns of Used Pads: Under no circumstances will Project Red Moon, Inc. accept the return or exchange of any pad that has been used, washed, or is not in its original, untouched condition.
No Guarantee on Fit or Preference: Due to the nature of our distributed items, we cannot guarantee fit, absorbency preference, or comfort. Exchanges are strictly limited to confirmed structural defects on unused products.
