Project Red Moon, Inc. operates primarily as a charitable organization providing products through partner agencies, direct outreach, or local, arranged distribution. We do not operate as a commercial entity with guaranteed delivery timelines.

Distribution Methods

​Products are distributed through the following means:

1. Partner Organizations: Delivery to pre-approved partner shelters, schools, and community centers in Racine, WI, for onward distribution to recipients.

2. Local Arrangement: Pre-arranged local pickup or delivery options for individual cases as resources allow, contingent on volunteer capacity.

Shipping Disclaimer and Responsibility​​

1. Delivery Timing: All delivery and distribution timelines are estimates and depend entirely on volunteer availability and partner organization schedules. Project Red Moon, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the exact date or time of product delivery.

2. Transfer of Risk: Responsibility for the products transfers to the recipient or partner organization immediately upon confirmed delivery to the designated location or upon physical handover. Project Red Moon, Inc. is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to products after this transfer of risk.

3. Shipping Costs: For any special, requested deliveries outside of our standard routes, Project Red Moon, Inc. reserves the right to request reimbursement for shipping or courier costs.
